The quality of the tile is determined by the clay and temperature at the time it is made. Ceramica JR pavers and tiles are made with the finest natural clay deposits from Baja California, Mexico. It is then sifted in a special machine and burned with natural gas in ceramic kilns. Each piece is individually hand made and hand painted. For that reason each piece will have it's own characteristics and tiny irregularities or variations on color and size. 

These characteristics are not defects, they are what make our product so attractive and "perfectly imperfect" by adding the warmest beauty and value to your home.
